Year 3 Curriculum Update

We have had a very exciting term in Year 3! We made AMAZING progress on all of our assessments, and we are so proud of everyone for working so hard! In Maths, we finished up our unit on fractions and have been learning about money, measurement and statistics! In Reading, we've been reading a Firework Maker's Daughter by Phillip Pullman and in Writing we have been writing instructions on how to build a healthy and strong mind. In Art, we have been exploring beautiful botanicals, and we have made frames using a weaving technique and filled it with beautiful leaves and flowers. We even drew and painted some of our own flowers, inspired by the surrounding nature.
